"Bright green olives, grasses, gooseberry, pepper, and chilli heat mingle with an unusual nose of overripe pineapple. Cherry stone and light lemonade lead to a finish of rosemary/thyme. Dried papaya and estery notes, give way to acidic fruits hints of melon and lime peel. Juicy blackcurrants, sugarcane bark, and rural undertones on the finish."
