TASTING NOTE:
"The nose begins with a little cooked plantain, grapefruit and citrus notes. There is a little bit of sweet banana. Not overly complex. The palate feels nice and round but also feels like there is a bit of post fermentation and ageing sugar added. On the palate there is brown sugar and caramel and a bit of chocolate and grapefruit. Great mouthfeel across the palate and into wonderfully fruity finish with a gentle tingle of baking spices.
