TASTING NOTE:
"Initially on the nose we find lemon, lime, and fresh mango blended with green guava and orange blossom, accented by vanilla and pecans. Next comes estery notes of gooseberry and slightly sour fruit notes which give way to a hint of smoke, lavendar and lemon verbana intertwined with marzipan and almonds, complemented by a touch of anise. On the palate we find poached pears, nutmeg, and clove which adds depth, floral notes and candied chestnuts merge with red currant and marzipan, culminating in a peppery finish all balanced by restrained sweetness."
