TASTING NOTE:
"The high abv feels quite well balanced considering how high it is. There are pleasant green vegetal notes, hints of varnish, cut grass and stone fruit with citrus peels. The nose develops into tomato leaf, a hint of liquorice and sweet agave. The aromas on the nose feel like they come in layers. On the palate, very impressed with the alcohol balance. You do get the drying sensation from the very high alcohol but you also get a wonderful roasted agave, cooked vegetal and lemon, white pepper note on the finish. Very impressive for a sample with such high alcohol. The palate does finish incredibly quickly.
