TASTING NOTE:
"A slight sour yogurt note on the nose which is very pleasant. Nice green vegetal aromas and green apple and hint of grapefruit. On the back of the nose I get green tomato leaf adding some complexity. The palate has a wonderful mouth feel, slightly oily with lots of pleasant aromas of grapefruit, peach, lemon and lime peel, green tomato leaf, hints of varnish, white pepper and a slight chilli pepper. Finishes with an Eaux de vie character.
