"Burned brown sugar and toasted wholegrain create a sweet palate with herbal undertones. Light caramel and oak intermingle with faint caramel and fudge notes, leading to a mid-long finish. The nose hints at e150/spirit caramel, while the mouthfeel offers a heavy caramel presence amidst a sweet backdrop. Dried stone fruits, currants, and raisins blend with sweet, candied peel, culminating in baking spices in the finish."
