"Bright red berries, grapes, and cherries mingle with fresh pine nuts, raisins, red apple, and pear, complemented by a touch of lychee and canned satsumas, with a hint of acidity that might be reminiscent of a cider vinegar. The palate offers a nutty profile with a pleasing prickle of white and pink pepper, evolving into baking spices and a woody structure and a playful mix of vanilla, pecans and macadamias that is lead by a light bitter chocolate and coffee finish that boosts up the rum with a fresh mouthfeel that is harmonious and balance."
