TASTING NOTE:
"The nose has a barbecue/savoury aroma with roasted vegetal notes and cooking herbs (think of rosemary). The palate is beautifully balanced between the high abv and the pleasant flavour from the liquid. There's more savoury notes of tapenade, roasted vegetables, cooked lemon with a smoky hint adding some complexity. The finish is quite quick but overall it is balanced very well.
