"Marzipan and juicy red berries mingle with raisins, complemented by a plethora of tropical fruits like lychee, melon, pineapple, and banana. Roasted nuts and integrated baking spice add depth, while supple wood notes round out the profile. An array of spices such as anise, clove, vanilla, mace, and nutmeg intermingle with hints of ginger and fresh, ripe fruit. Sultanas, dried apricots, and candied ginger provide a sweet yet balanced experience, reminiscent of fruit cake and ginger cake drizzled with golden syrup. The finish is slightly drying with lingering notes of pineapple."
